Joaquín Trujillo has worked in various marketing areas such as Professional Volunteer Coordination, Corporate Sponsorship Management, Logistics, Public and Institutional Relations, and for the last 10 years, Ticketing, Distribution Channels and User Experience.
He has advised and operated committees for business summits, festivals and massive concerts; he has also served as a jury member for national and international entrepreneurship programs; and has been a coach for business and political personalities.
In 2011 he founded the Ticket Box Ticketing System and developed it under a franchisable model, becoming the First Ticketing Franchise in Mexico. For this achievement, it obtained the recognition of the “Entrepreneur Award 2019 powered by Facebook”, as one of the 20 most innovative companies in the country, and at the end of 2021 it was nominated for The Ticketing Business Award in its “Disruptor Award” category in Manchester, England.
Joaquín Trujillo has been part of VUELA since 2014, where he has participated as Delivery Manager of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Central American and Caribbean Games Veracruz 2014; Director of Institutional and Government Relations, as well as, PR and Media Coordinator of the Mexico City Day of the Dead Parade from 2016 to 2019; and recently, Executive Producer of the Celebration called Coatza 500.
He is currently a member of the executive committee and heads the Finance area with special focus on Business Model Strategy and Budget Control.
